Client Guidelines

Round Lake has designed a set of Program Guidelines that reflect respect, consideration, and self-responsibility. Round Lake considers these to be three very essential components for recovery and self-empowerment. The guidelines ensure your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual safety to allow you the freedom to participate fully in the program in a safe and supportive environment. Please read the guidelines carefully and be prepared to follow them for the safety of all people.

For Visitor information please see the Visitor Guidelines page.

  • Clients on a day pass must return to the Centre no later than 11:30pm
  • Clients on a weekend pass must return to the Centre no later than Sunday at 6:00pm

Please inform staff when you are leaving, when you arrive back, if you have canceled your outing, or if you will be late because of an emergency. If at anytime you feel you need to return from a day/weekend pass, you are welcome to do so.
