About Round Lake Treatment Centre

Round Lake Treatment Centre (RLTC) is an Indigenous-led residential treatment Centre specializing in addictions and trauma recovery. Our approach is grounded in an Indigenous worldview that understands wellness as balance in mind, body, spirit, and emotions, and sees each person as part of a wider circle of family, community, and land. We are a trauma-informed organization that works to restore dignity, safety, and connection. All team members support recovery by modelling healthy boundaries, wellness practices, and respect in every interaction.

About the Role

Confidentiality & Ethics

Respect for privacy and confidentiality is understood as part of walking in a good way with others on their healing journeys.
