GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Round Lake Alcohol and Drug Treatment Society provides trauma-informed treatment and recovery programs. The Centre is located in a beautiful location just 20 minutes north of Vernon, B.C.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant represents the centre in a professional and competent manner while multi-tasking; answering phone inquiries, greeting guests and assisting clients. The Administrative Assistant also provides administrative and clerical support for managers and staff. Applicant must have reliable transportation.
SKILLS:
Intermediate skills in
- Word
- Excel
- Powerpoint
- Keyboarding skills: 60 wpm
(Applicants will be tested)
Excellent organization, interpersonal and motivational skills and ability to prioritize and maintain strong attention to detail.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
- Five years experience preferable
